A positive, protective school focused on students first. In practice this looks like a place where teaching soft skills (character traits) is valued equally with content. A place where kids are comfortable having a voice at the table and know it is valued. A psychologically and physically safe environment that accepts all students where they are and elevates them to their next level. Mistakes are embraced as part of the growth process. A school where all professionals work on the collective goals and purpose of the school.
